"Delight ERP - Preview" just acts as an interface to this service. Delight ERP - Preview is not responsible for any damage caused by the information shown by this software. This software just acts as an interface to subscribe their service. Delight ERP - Preview is not responsible for your subscription or use of third party services.

When you install and use the application, upon accepting these terms, registration SMS may be sent from the application or you may require registering by sending registration SMS manually. We collect some information when you use the software like phone number, mobile device' hardware information, unique ID, selected location. This information will be kept private to Delight ERP - Preview and will not be disclosed to third parties. We collect this information to send you relevant advertisements. Advertisements are accepted when they confirm to the ethical standards. Delight ERP - Preview shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as the result of your relationship with advertiser.
You may receive text messages (SMS) from Delight ERP - Preview containing new product information, updates, alerts & commercials. You agree that messages from Delight ERP - Preview, received on your registered number will not constitute an unsolicited commercial communication irrespective of their having signed up to any Do Not Call Registry.

Delight ERP - Preview shall make no guarantees for the uninterrupted and continuous availability of the Products and/or Services or of any specific feature(s) of the Products and/or Services. The Products and/or Services are AS IS and are subject to the disclaimers of warranty and the limitations of liability as found in this agreement and which are subject to testing by the Users before entering into this agreement.
Delight ERP - Preview reserves the right to change or terminate the Products and/or the Services.

Delight ERP - Preview does not take the responsibility for providing any customer service related to software.
Changes to the Terms:
Delight ERP - Preview may make changes to these Terms from time to time with or without notice. When these changes are made, any new terms will be made available to you at https://preview.delighterp.com/term-condition You understand and agree that if you use the product and services after the date on which these Terms have changed, Delight ERP - Preview will treat your use as acceptance of the updated terms.
